Because We Care

At Nakama Studio, I want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to my store time and time again. 

Due to the personal nature of these jewelry pieces, I have a no return policy. If for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with our order, please contact me and we can discuss the issue and try to figure out a solution together. 

Nakama Studio can not offer refunds or credits for no shows or cancellations for classes/workshops. If materials for the class have already been purchased or created for customer, contact the studio to arrange pickup of supplies. When possible, as long as the studio is contacted in advance, we will do our best to offer a credit towards an upcoming event. Credits will not be accepted for use at monthly flea markets. Please contact Nakama Studio if you have any further questions regarding.

Covid-19 Protocol:

In order to protect our guests and help prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus we will be sanitizing all tables and surfaces after each class. All events, will have a class maximum in order to allow proper distancing for everyone's safety. We ask that family and friend groups sit together. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid- 19, we ask that you please stay home.

We understand that things are very different and weird right now and classes may need to be missed for reasons beyond customers control, so please contact the Studio as soon as possible if you need to miss an event you registered for due to Covid-19 related reasons. We will do our best to offer alternative accommodations.
