Stained Glass:Intermediate Workshop 6/20

Hanging Vase, Propagator or Air Plant Holder

From 75 US dollars
Kilgore Avenue

Service Description

Ready to take your stained glass skills to the next level? In this intermediate workshop, you’ll create a beautiful hanging stained glass vase that is perfect for fresh cuttings, dried flowers, or even air plants. This class is designed for those who have previously attended a stained glass class at Nakama Studio or already have some basic experience. We’ll go beyond the fundamentals and focus on refining your technique using higher-quality, temperature-controlled soldering irons for more precise, professional results. You’ll learn and practice copper foiling, soldering, assembly, and finishing techniques in a more in-depth, hands-on setting. Because of the detail involved, this class will run approximately 3+ hours, giving you plenty of time to slow down, build confidence, and create a piece you’re truly proud of. Limited to 6 seats to ensure personalized guidance and support. To complete your project, you’ll have a selection of dried and fresh flowers available to style your finished hanging vase. If you took our Stained Glass: Cutting Basics Workshop, then you will choose the $75 ticket, but if you did not attend, then choose the $85 ticket, which includes your project glass. Want to cut your own glass? Guests can optionally pair this class with our Stained Glass: Cutting Basics class to create custom glass pieces for their project. Keep creating at home! Beginner stained glass kits will also be available for purchase if you’d like to continue practicing your skills after class. Come create something functional, beautiful, and uniquely yours. Liability Waiver: I am voluntarily enrolling in this class offering and by doing so, I hereby release Nakama Studio and any and all of it's representatives, management and employees from all liability, claims, damages, costs or expenses incurred or in anyway connected with my participation in this class.
