Ready to learn the foundation of stained glass? In this hands-on cutting basics workshop, you’ll learn the core techniques used in every stained glass project. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence using stained glass tools before diving into a full project. You’ll get guided practice with: Scoring and cutting glass Breaking techniques for clean edges Using a grinder to shape and smooth pieces Understanding tools and materials used in stained glass Throughout the class, you’ll practice cutting a variety of shapes, and if you’d like, you can use your time to cut pieces for a future stained glass project. Bonus Opportunity: If you choose to cut your own project pieces during this class, you can bring your glass back and use it in one of our upcoming stained glass workshops. When you do, you’ll receive a discount on the class, and this is an option for our beginner or intermediate stained glass classes. No experience needed. Just come ready to learn and create! Due to the hands-on nature of this class, space is limited to 6 participants to ensure plenty of individual guidance and support. I further understand that this waiver applies to claims arising from the alleged negligence or other acts or omissions of Nakama Studio and its representatives, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By registering for this class, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms. Photo Release Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events at Nakama Studio for use in advertising, marketing, social media, and other promotional materials that showcase our studio and its offerings. If you do not wish to have yourself or your child photographed or recorded for these purposes, please notify a Nakama Studio staff member upon arrival, and we will make every reasonable effort to honor your request.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy If we are required to cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or a family emergency, all registered participants will receive a full refund. If a class must be canceled due to weather-related circumstances, we will offer a rescheduled date. Because weather is beyond our control, refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, a class credit will be issued and may be used toward a future class. If a participant registers for a class and later finds they are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know. This helps us plan accordingly and offer spots to other families when possible.
