I hereby release and hold harmless Nakama Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this class or event. I understand that this release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during or as a result of participation. I further understand that this waiver applies to claims arising from the alleged negligence or other acts or omissions of Nakama Studio and its representatives, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By registering for this class, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms.
