Service Description

Coding is fun! In this class students are introduced to the world of electronics and coding in an enjoyable, easy-to-understand way. Learning to program (or code) allows students to develop logical and sequential thinking. Students learn how to solve problems by following an orderly methodology. Projects will increase in complexity as they gain skills and confidence over the year. Coding I (first year) students will become familiar with:  Electronic components  Coding logic and variables  Reading and editing basic code  How to code basic behaviors  Introduction to Scratch Code  How to extend coding to two- and three-step functions  How to think in terms of organization, priorities, logic and creativity Liability Waiver: I am voluntarily enrolling in this class offering and by doing so, I hereby release Nakama Studio and any and all of it's representatives, management and employees from all liability, claims, damages, costs or expenses incurred or in anyway connected with my participation in this class. I understand that the waiver includes, but is not limited to, all injuries to me and or loss or injuries to any personal property. I also understand that this waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims that are based on my alleged negligence or any other action or inaction of any of the above parties. Photo Release: All photos taken at our studio, will be used only for advertising purposes to showcase what our studio offers. If you are not comfortable with a photo being taken of yourself or your children for this purpose, then please inform Nakama Studio upon arrival and we will be sure to exclude you from any photos taken during the event.
